CoreConnex, Inc. agrees to provide selected services to the requesting business identified above (Company) as well as preliminary proposals from selected IT service companies (ITSCs) as needed. Costs and services provided are outlined below.

IT service evaluation $299: - This service includes cost projections for outsourcing options of IT infrastructure service and support with a comparison to current IT service costs.

IT service evaluation with Bids $499: - This service includes cost projections for outsourcing options of IT infrastructure service and support with a comparison to current IT service costs. In addition, CoreConnex, Inc. will provide the Company with up to three (3) bids for services from pre-qualified ITSCs.

CoreConnex, Inc. will select ITSC based on its internal review and qualification process with the goal of finding the best available fit between Company requirements and ITSC support capabilities.

It is the responsibility of the Company to select which ITSC provides the best fit to serve its IT support needs. It is the responsibility of the Company to make the final selection and to enter into a contract with their selected ITSC.

CoreConnex,Inc. has no legal obligation or formal role in the final selection process, in the contract between the Company and the ITSC, nor in the ongoing support relationship between the Company and the ITSC.

By submitting this request for preliminary proposals the Company acknowledges their responsibilities in this arrangement and the limitation of CoreConnexs responsibilities and obligations.
